The president of Association of NATO Victims and the War on Libya visited Russian Foreign Ministry In Moscow as a respond to an official invitation gave to him in past time.
In this meeting President of the Association and his delegation meets Russian President’s Special Envoy to the Middle East and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov.
In this meeting they discussed the legal and Legitimate ways to support the NATO victims and the war on Libya, and the legal punishment to all helped in making this crimes and tragedies against the Libyan people..in this meeting the president presented all what happened to the Libyans as a result to Aggressive shelling, as well as the number of martyrs and permanent victims, have prevented them from practicing their normal lives since then, as well as the difficulty of receiving treatment thereafter, as a result of the collapse the country suffered from also to do continued displacement tell now and the external interference.

Bogdanov confirmed on what’s happening now in Libya is a result of the interference done by NETO in Libya as well as they support Peace and stability in Libya
Also the United Nations delegate supporting to the meeting and announced his welcome to the Association to search through different ways to restore the rights to the Libyans effected by the NETO aggression in accordance to the international law.
From his perspective the President of the Legal Affairs of the Association, expressed the importance of Russia’s standing with the Association, because of its great historical background in supporting the issues of the Middle East and peoples against Western violations, and appreciated the Russian role towards the Association.
The Head of Prisoners and Missing Persons Affairs presented a full explanation about the Prisoners suffering inside and outside the country.

Also the number of many missing and imprisoned in Tripoli prisons governed by militias, asking him to help Russia in this file, to serve the interests of all affected.
The President of the Association expressed great thankful on behalf of all victims for the good receiving and the gratitude of all families of the victims to the Russian position, hoping for further cooperation in the future.
Moreover, The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s media department, Alexei Vladimirevich Petrov, and Mikhail Yakushkov, director of the Tsar Grad Foundation, participated in the meeting.
