The Geneva counsel for human rights confirmed on the crimes that made by Nato in Libya can’t be passed as a normal and we should admit by the Civilian victims for this Extermination to compensate them and refer this issue to the international Criminal Court to ask the people who responsible about this War crimes against the Civilians

After receive many official litters and complains from President of the NATO Victims and Libya war Association mr. )Khaled elkhawildy elhameedy( who complaint against NATO General Secretariat Represented by its Secretary-General based in Brussels, Belgium referring to the war crimes and crimes against the humanity as its break down the human rights and the international human law all of that happened as a result to use Excessive force without any Legal justification that led to many damages.
the Association collected in its complain many crimes they categorized it as a crimes against the humanity like:
killing the Civilians crimes, children Murder, Bombing civilian institutions, Helping militias kills with premeditation out of the law justification using guns, Use depleted uranium to target the military and Civilians people.
all of this led to healthy and environmental crises.
And The Association intends to refer this issue against NATO Secretariat to the international crime court.
The number for the victims recorded in this file is about 182 person and this number is increasing.

The NATO launched a about 10 thousands air strikes in 7 months in Libya distracted in this actions about 6000 targets Military and civilian. As a result they killed more than More than 50 thousand Libyans and more than 10000 wounded.
Also NATO accused by making crimes in Lebya included killing Civilians, Bombing civilian targets and installations and helping militias to extra judicially kill people out of law In addition to the use of uranium stationed in targeting the military and civilians and other crimes And other practices that constitute crimes combined with facts that lead to asking in front of the International judiciary.
The Geneva Council of Rights and Freedoms calls on the international courts to their responsibilities in bringing justice to the victims of NATO in Libya in the absence of any procedures for accountability and compensation for the victims of war crimes and crimes against the humanity.

The Geneva Council on Human Rights and Freedoms concluded that there is an international and humanitarian interest in prosecuting the perpetrators of crimes in Libya to achieve the international community’s primary goal of maintaining international peace and security, which is threatened by the horrific violations of humanitarian law and international human rights law in Libya.
