DR Mohamed zobida President of the Legal Committee of the Association of Victims of NATO and the war on Libya to Radio Monte Carlo: We will sue NATO and Sarkozy next to the French courts

According to Mohamed zobaid Chairman of the Legal Committee in the Association of NATO Victims and Libya War, the Association intends to sue the NETO next to the International Criminal Court and the regional courts like: the European court for the human rights even the countries that their law allow the international jurisdiction like : Britain and France.
All this moves come after the association succeeded to get official statement from the Council of Geneva for the human rights and freedom to insure that the NETO crimes in Libya can’t pass over calling the international courts to take the responsibilities to achieve just is , compensate the victims, punish the responsible about the criminal war that done against Civilians.
As Mohamed zobaida explained.
Also Zobida said in his report with the Radio Monte Carlo ( the NETO trying to Negotiate with the members of our Association throughout international brokers to solve the issue in a friendly way but the Association refuse the negotiations tell the NETO admit by the crimes they made in Libya and announce his sorry for the people of Libya and run up his efforts and his potential to Reconstruction of the country and remove the Remnants of war.
Also Zobida declared that the issue they intend to bring to the international courts will ask the NETO to show the resources that provide them by the needed information like: the targets as the houses for the Civilians, public institutions and hotels that led to kills large numbers of people.
